Always check that the brand you are purchasing has good bacteria in their products. To get the healthiest option, go for zero fat, or at least fat content of not more than 0.5 percent milk fat. You should also check its sugar content. Even non-fat yoghurt has natural sweeteners. Just because yoghurt is healthy, it does not mean you should consume as much as you want all day.
