Investment in Health

Aside from the level of employment/unemployment, abundance of resources, and the condition of commerce, foreign investment and trade, several other important factors play a very important role in the measure of a nation’s wealth. And one of those factors that plays must be taken into account in the determining the social and economic wealth of a country is the health of its people.

The health of the people is essential or crucial for the sustenance of socioeconomic development. This is because people’s health is the wealth of a nation. A country with good health policy for its citizens make productive pool of labour, as well as happy people because good health contributed to better quality of life. Hence, every nation in the world must put health on top of their investment priorities, before anything else.
